For Ykha Amelz, all things that moves her heart mostly becomes inspirations for her work, like the dinosaur she admired from her childhood, the fascinating stories behind various culture, song lyrics, the smell of coffee that wakes her spirit up, and so many more. Ykha is an architecture graduate-turned-illustrator, she actively exhibits and collaborates with major local and international brands.

She started as an illustrator in 2008, since then she never stops developing her artwork, she challenged herself by applying her illustrations in various department, publishing, branding, interior, fashion, music, and also in paintings for exhibitions. Besides working as as a freelance illustrator, Ykha is also known for her iconic comical character, Babbot, named after and inspired by her very own french bulldog. Last but not least, she and her partner runs their own print-based clothing brand, DIBBA.
